collarbone breathing

Please read through the steps and familiarise yourself with the tapping points before starting.

This is a beautiful calming exercise and a great pattern interrupter.

Step 1 - Tap

Take two fingers and touch one of the collarbone (CB) point with one hand, tap on the gamut spot of the hand touching the CB point with the other hand, continue tapping while doing the following breathing.

step 2 - breathe

  1. Take a deep breath in, hold for the count of 7.

  2. Breathe out half way, hold for the count of 7.

  3. Breathe all the way out.

  4. Take half a breath in, hold it for the count of 7.

  5. Breathe all the way out.

  6. Breath normally

step 3 - change sides

Move the same two fingers to the other collarbone point (CB) and repeat Step 2.
