What to Expect
remote breakthrough tapping sessions
Thank you for choosing me to take you on this exciting journey to heal and change your life. I am very much looking forward to working with you.
Before we Meet
Please take a few moments to familiarise yourself with the tapping points, don't worry, you do not need to remember anything, I will guide you throughout the session.
I will email you confirmation of our appointment, forms and payment details, please complete and return the Discovery and Informed Consent forms to me before we meet, electronically is fine, please let me know if you have any problems.
Finally, please let me know your preferred communication tool for our session, Zoom, FaceTime, WhatsApp Video or Skype.
Getting Ready for our Breakthrough Session
Choose a suitable place where you will not be disturbed to set up a few minutes before we start, make sure you have a glass of water and some tissue (just in case). If you are using a phone or tablet find somewhere to lean it again, as you will need both hands free.
When we begin to tap please dispose of any chewing gum and make sure that your legs are not crossed in anyway.
Most importantly, make sure that you are comfortable.
After the Session
EFT (tapping) continues to work for up to 48 hours after a session, so you may notice some subtle shifts even after our session, in the unlikely event that anything pops up that you need support with please feel free to reach out to me.
Make sure you drink lots of water, it is important to stay hydrated all of the time, but especially after any kind of energy work.
Get a good nights sleep, we are similar to computers in the sense that we download and install new programs after we have been rebooted, the reboot in our case is good quality sleep.
Although we will have made lots of progress during our time together, for continued change it is important that you carry out any exercises I have asked you to do.
Here's to your continued happiness and success!
