These Tapping Meditations are specifically tailored for teenagers to help overcome some of the common issues that have come up over the years I have been working with teenagers.

Tapping, also known as Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), involves gently tapping on specific points on the body while focusing on your feelings and thoughts. This practice helps release negative emotions, reduce stress, and promote emotional healing. It’s an accessible tool that can empower you to take control of your emotional well-being. Why Tapping?

How It Works

Identify Your Feelings: Begin by acknowledging what you're feeling—whether it’s anxiety about an upcoming test, pressure from friends, or feelings of inadequacy.

Scale: Rate your level of intensity around the issue, 0 being it doesn’t bother you at all 10 being it’s the worst it could possibly be.

Set Your Intention: Focus on what you want to achieve through tapping. This could be a sense of calm, clarity, or confidence.

Tap: Using your fingertips, gently tap on various acupressure points on your body while repeating affirmations that resonate with your intention.

Breathe and Reflect: After a few rounds of tapping, take deep breaths and notice how your feelings have shifted.
