Unwind
Give yourself a little room to exhale.
When your days are full, it can be easy to keep putting your own time at the bottom of the list.
Perhaps you’ve enjoyed taking a moment with my 60-second taps, and you’d like to explore a longer practice with me.
Welcome to Unwind.
A 21-Day Nervous System Reset
For when your mind and body have forgotten how to switch off.
If you’re always thinking ahead, holding everything together, worrying, overthinking or feeling as though you’re permanently “on”, Unwind is an invitation to begin doing things differently.
Over 21 gentle days, we explore ways to support your nervous system, understand your responses to stress and create more moments of calm, safety and connection within everyday life.
Rather than simply telling yourself to relax, you’ll begin learning how to help your body actually experience it.
Each day offers a manageable combination of teaching and practice, including EFT/Tapping, meditation, nervous system regulation, journalling, affirmations and simple integration exercises.
Across the three weeks, we gently move through:
Creating safety in the body.
Learning to notice and respond differently to stress and overwhelm.
Allowing and releasing emotion.
Creating space for feelings without becoming consumed by them.
Returning to self-trust.
Reconnecting with your needs, boundaries, worthiness and capacity for joy.
You don’t need to complete every practice perfectly.
You don’t even have to complete it in 21 consecutive days.
This is about creating a gentler relationship with yourself and giving your nervous system repeated experiences of something different.
UNWIND - 21 days to soften, regulate and come back to yourself.
As a special welcome, you’ll receive a free lepidolite crystal, a journal and personal two-card oracle reading when you enrol through this page.
A little time that belongs to you
What would it feel like to set aside some time for yourself—and let that time matter?
You don’t need to arrive feeling peaceful or knowing exactly what you need. You can begin by noticing how you are today.
Let that be your starting point as you explore the courses. Not sure which one is best for you right now, let me help you with Choose Your Course.
