I have bought and attempted to complete journals for various different things before, but I always failed to complete them. So I decided to create one for myself; I wanted a journal that was not overwhelming, a journal that was realistic and doable along with my busy life as a mum, wife and business owner.
I have put all of my most favourite tools I use as a Therapist and Happiness Coach into this journal, the tools I find the most effective for positive growth and change. I am huge advocate of self-care, love and compassion, so it made perfect sense to focus my first journal towards achieving these things.
