Reversing beliefs

Please read through the steps and familiarise yourself with the tapping points before starting.

This technique is great for getting you out of your own way, if there is something you are putting off doing, or you feel stuck because of a limiting belief, this will get you un-stuck and moving towards your hopes, dreams and goals.

step 1 - identify the issue and scale

Identify the issue that is troubling you, notice the emotion(s) coming up for you, notice where it shows up for your physically. Give the issue a number, zero being you do not believe the statement to be true at all, 10 being you really believe it, make a note of the number. If it’s something you are putting it off scale it by zero being you really do not want to do it, 10 being you feel really motivated to go for it.

step 2 - the set-up

Repeat the affirmation three times whilst continuously tapping on the karate chop point:- “Even though [insert issue], I completely love and accept myself.”

Step 3 - the sequence

In silence tap 15 times on the following energy points:-

UN, Ch, MF, SE, KC

step 4 - check-in

Rescale and go again if necessary.
