Some children and teens can find it a bit daunting to talk to somebody they do not know about how they are feeling via a video call. So that I can continue to help our young people during these extraordinary times I have created Home Tap - the personalised tapping video.

Tips and techniques for them to use in their daily lives to help them feel more in control and to strengthen their emotional landscape.
