As the wheel of the year turns and we move into the golden threshold of autumn, you are invited to gather in sacred space for a deeply nurturing Rosehip Meditation Evening.

Rosehips are the fruit of the rose, symbols of nourishment, protection, resilience and the quiet wisdom that comes after full bloom. This evening has been created to honour the energy of the Autumn Equinox: a time of balance, reflection, release and gentle renewal.

Together, we will slow down, soften and reconnect with ourselves through ritual, meditation, energy healing and intention.

This 2-hour gathering will include a beautiful rosehip tea ceremony, a guided EFT tapping practice to release what you are ready to let go of, a soothing meditation journey to call in your next season, and a gentle rose oil blessing to support the heart, body and spirit.

You will also receive a healing crystal, a journal, and a keepsake guidebook to support your reflections and integration after the evening.
