This week is about creating space to come home to yourself. You will begin by slowing down, grounding your energy, and gently noticing how you’ve been speaking to and treating yourself.

You will focus on:

  • self-awareness

  • nervous system support

  • grounding and presence

  • reconnecting with your inner world

Week 2 — Softening the Inner Critic

Release harsh self-talk and begin replacing it with compassion.

This week helps you become aware of the voice within that has been shaped by fear, pain, conditioning, or past experiences. Through healing practices, you will begin to create a kinder inner relationship.

You will focus on:

  • noticing limiting beliefs

  • shifting negative inner dialogue

  • self-compassion

  • emotional healing through EFT

Week 3 — Rebuilding Self-Worth

Remember your value, your truth, and your enoughness.

This week is about strengthening your sense of worth from within, rather than seeking it outside of yourself. You will begin to stand more fully in your value and honour your needs, feelings, and boundaries.

You will focus on:

  • worthiness

  • boundaries

  • self-respect

  • confidence and inner strength

Week 4 — Embodying Love

Practise loving yourself in the everyday moments.

This week brings self-love into action. You will explore what it means to not just think loving thoughts, but to embody self-love through your choices, habits, energy, and care.

  • receiving more deeply

  • emotional nourishment

  • choosing yourself with love

Week 5 — Becoming

Step into the version of you who knows she is worthy of love.

In our final week, we bring everything together. You will reflect on how far you have come, anchor in your growth, and connect with the woman you are becoming.

You will focus on:

  • integration

  • vision and identity

  • future self connection

  • stepping forward with love and trust
